Crock Pot Chili from Tara’s Kitchen

  • 2 lbs browned and drained ground beef
  • 2 cans mild chili beans, 15.5 oz cans
  • 1 can hot chili beans, 15.5oz
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 1 tsp worsteshire sauce
  • 1 TBSP packed brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can tomato paste, 6 oz
  • 1 can tomato sauce, 8 oz
  • 1 15oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1.5 TBSP cumin
  • 6 TBSP chili powder
  • 3-6 cups of water, depending upon how thick you want your chili

 

After browning beef, put all ingredients into a crock pot for 6-8 hours on low heat. Serve topped with freshly diced onions, cheddar cheese & crackers.
